A hotel with which to establish a good relationship, or an online agency that meets your many needs?
Certainly the direct relationship creates more attention and care towards the customer, but not because there are clients of class A or class B, but simply because the direct contact creates the staff of ‘Hotel, already the reality of what the customer wants, while through the agency ‘s depersonalizes this relationship, making it colder.
As for those who travel a lot and wants are met ongoing and multiple needs, it is worth giving up the direct contact to embrace the much more organized agency online.
